More Pictures from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Congress Members

Property plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.

Also contained in this new document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had created plans to transform the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Visible on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and contains a notes section detailing distinct sections of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, including plans for boat shelters.

More documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
